  • Made to Order—Each piece of our jewelry is made by hand and can take up to 4–6 weeks to produce. We will contact you via email to confirm a delivery date.

  • Ready to Ship—Our Ready to Ship section features pieces that are available now and will be shipped within 3 business days.

Ring Sizes

Rings for sale are available in the size/s stated in their descriptions. If needed, one free size adjustment is included with most ring designs:

  • Rings sized to your request are not returnable or exchangeable.

  • Subsequent sizings or size adjustments will incur charges determined on a case-by-case basis, as well as a shipping charge.

  • Rings purchased through retailers must be returned to the original retailer for sizing. Please contact us to inquire about a ring sizing ONLY IF your item was purchased through elyriajewels.com.

Ring Size Request form

To make a ring sizing request, please fill out the form below. We consider ring sizes between 5–8 to be standard. Requests for sizes smaller or larger may incur charges. Note that not all ring designs can be sized.

Repairs

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come. If there is any need to repair a piece of Elyria jewelry, we will do everything we can to complete the repair quickly and at a reasonable cost:

  • Estimates for repairs must be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • Items purchased through retailers must be returned to the original retailer to process the repair. Please contact us to inquire about a repair ONLY IF your item was purchased through elyriajewels.com.

  • If you need to send us a piece of jewelry for repair, please follow our Return & Exchange Procedure.

Payment Methods

Sales tax will be added to the invoices of Colorado residents at the rate of 2.9% plus any applicable county, city, and district taxes.
