When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Here's what to expect if your selection is…

  • Made to Order—Each piece of our jewelry is made by hand and can take up to 4–6 weeks to produce. We will contact you via email to confirm a delivery date.

  • Ready to Ship—Our Ready to Ship section features pieces that are available now and will be shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping

Elyria Jewels offers 2nd Day shipping via UPS. Packages CANNOT be delivered to a post office box address, and will require a signature upon delivery. Elyria Jewels accepts orders for shipping within the United States only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Elyria Jewels accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition. Any decisions regarding the condition of returned or exchanged items will be at the discretion of Elyria Jewels.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

  • The customer will be responsible for loss or damage of merchandise during the return shipping process, until it is delivered and signed for by Elyria Jewels.

  • Items for return and full refund must be shipped to Elyria Returns within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Items for exchange must be shipped to Elyria Returns within 30 days of receiving them.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact Elyria Jewels: We like to know what’s coming in the mail! Please use the form on our Contact page to request a Return Authorization by email, or call us at (303) 416-5599. Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization may be shipped back to sender.

  2. Ship your item: Please ship your item to Elyria within 7 days of receiving it in order to receive a full refund (less shipping fee), or within 30 days to receive credit for an exchange to:

  3. Shipping Method: We strongly suggest that you ship jewelry via the United States Postal Service fully insured and with delivery confirmation. For packages under $1,000 we recommend USPS Priority Mail; for packages $1,000 and up we recommend USPS Registered Mail. Elyria Jewels is not responsible for any loss or damage to jewelry during the return shipping process.

Cancellations
